Bel Air Residence | Hadid Development

This Hadid Development Group project, a 19,495 Sq. Ft. residence complete with 10-bedrooms and 13-bathrooms, was built on a 58,810 Sq. Ft. lot in Bel Air, California. Our consulting engineering team at California Energy Designs served as the project mechanical engineer, providing HVAC and Plumbing designs for the modern-styled mansion which also featured a rooftop solar PV installation.
