The Brotman Medical Center—also referred to as the Southern California Hospital at Culver City—is a 420-bed medical clinic located in downtown Culver City. A 24-hour hospital that serves much of West Los Angeles, the facility holds specialized energy and resources needs to ensure it is able to treat a sizeable volume of patients at the highest quality of care and comfort in physical environment. California Energy Designs provided design engineering services for the full scope of the facility’s HVAC and Plumbing systems. A rather tall building for the area, standing at 7-stories, Brotman Medical Center is a three-building complex that sprawls over 181,372 square feet of property.
