Mayfair Live-Work | Mixed-Use

An urban infill comprised of 18, three-story, two-bedroom townhomes and ground floor flex live/work spaces, this Mayfair-Live work development in Ventura, CA was designed by Acme Architecture. California Energy Designs served as the mechanical engineer for project, designing the mixed-use complex’s HVAC and Plumbing systems. Developed by established real estate investors, the Mattey Group, As a mixed-use, multi-unit development, Mayfair Live-Work added both residents and commercial facilities to the broader Ventura community.
