Prince Saud of Saudi Arabia | Los Angeles Residence

Located in Beverly Hills, the private residence of the late Prince Saud of Saudi Arabia included 37,500 Sq. Ft. of interior space on its sprawling 14-acre lot. Complete with a tennis court, swimming pool, and a rooftop solar installation—visible in aerial images of the property—the Beverly Hills compound also included a retractable roof, two-story guest house, and staff quarters. California Energy Designs provided HVAC and Plumbing system design for the 10-bedroom, 12-bath private residence, which was listed in 2018 for $110M.
