Venice Condos | HVAC & Plumbing Design

A tri-level LEED Platinum and LEED Gold-certified townhome development in Venice, California, 338 Rennie Avenue was designed with sustainability at the forefront. Featuring an 8-panel solar power system, Nest Thermostat, Bosch appliances and Grohe bath fixtures, each unit in the multi-family residential development included energy-efficiency and green building components. With units certified as LEED-Platinum and LEED-Gold status, the project held unique requirements in overall system design to achieve such certification.

California Energy Designs provided both HVAC and Plumbing designs for the Venice Beach development, helping the project to achieve LEED-Certification through our innovative engineering approach in efficient-system design.
