Will Smith Residence | Cold Canyon

Designed by architect Stephen Samuelson, this $42 Million, 9-bedroom Calabasas, California house spans 25,000 square feet and sits on 150 acres. Built for the movie star couple, Will Smith & Jada Pinkett Smith, the Mediterranean-style complex was profiled in Architectural Digest for its many interesting, unique features; including a meditation lounge, recording studio, sunken trampoline, eight-car garage, and basketball, volleyball, and tennis courts.

As the project’s mechanical engineer, California Energy Designs provided full HVAC and Plumbing system design for the sprawling complex.
