California Energy Designs served as the MEP engineer of Le Belvédère. Designed by Mohamed Hadid, this Hadid Design & Development Group estate is 48,000 sq. ft. of pure-showpiece. Featuring a 70-foot infinity pool, Turkish baths, a swan pond, screening room, 5,000-bottle wine cellar, and private elevator, Le Belvédère is both an architect’s dream and a mechanical engineer’s proving grounds.

Balancing the energy needs of the sprawling Bel Air estate—complete with 19 fireplaces and a full spa facility—is precisely the kind of extraordinary challenge that our team at California Energy Designs revels in. The end result of this highly-unique residential project may have been $56 million sale, but to us, serving as the MEP on this project was truly priceless.
