Mapleton Residence | Landry Design Group

A project by Landry Design Group, this 48,000 sq. ft. Beverly Hills estate contains a multitude of water features, providing our talented engineers with an excellent opportunity to showcase their plumbing system design expertise. As with any large-scale project of its size, the challenges of cooling multiple independent zones for Mapleton required a highly innovative HVAC system design. Our design engineers worked closely with the team at Landry Design Group to build a system not only capable of meeting the environment design needs of Mapleton but also, to supply those resources in both an energy-conscious and environmentally-sustainable manner.
