Eddie Murphy Residence | Beverly Park

Located on Lot 19 in the famed Beverly Park neighborhood—home to celebrities including Denzel Washington, Sylvester Stallone, Mark Wahlberg—this 33,600 sq. ft. Mediterranean-styled villa was designed by architect Richard Landry of Landry Design Group for the movie star, Eddie Murphy. California Energy Designs served as the mechanical engineer on this project, providing HVAC and Plumbing system designs for the $19.5 million residential complex.

Featuring a full-size indoor bowling alley and a screening room, the Beverly Park development required significant collaboration between engineering, architecture, and construction teams, represented by California Energy Designs, Landry Design Group, and Finton Construction respectively.
